participation of iranian cerebral palsy children in life areas: a systematic review

objective  cerebral palsy (cp) is the most common cause of chronic disability that restricts participation in areas of occupations for children. according to the occupational therapy practice framework (otpf) the participation areas or occupations consisting of 8 areas (activity daily of living (adl), instrumental activity daily of living (iadl), work, play, leisure, education, rest/sleep/ social participation). the main aim of rehabilitation is enhancement of their clients for participation in occupations. the aim of this study was to overview of the factors influencing the participations of children with cerebral palsy in iran. material & methods this study is systematic reviews study that for data gathering: electronic databases, google scholar and iranian and foreigner famous journal in the fields of pediatrics, were used. all the papers of this study were about the factors that influence the participation of iranian cerebral palsy children among 2000 till 2016 years. results according to the accessible databases, 156 articles has been found that  according to the aim of study that is for iranian cerebral palsy children , 100 articles has been removed from study. after deep reviewing of these articles, because of repetitive and duplicability of some articles, 17 articles has been removed too. and the 39 articles came to this study by regarded the inclusion criteria. conclusion the main outcome of rehabilitation services is participation of cp children in all areas of occupations. and all areas of occupations are important in enhancement of quality of life of cerebral palsy children and none of them are preferred over another.
